Room Occupancy - Rates Based On

  • 1-bedroom: (2) persons; maximum (4) persons
  • 2-bedroom: (4) persons; maximum (6) persons
  • Extra person: $40 per person/per night
  • Children 12 and under stay free

Deposit

  • 50% deposit required on all bookings 4 nights or more; full payment for 3 nights or less

Cancellation

  • Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival for full refund or deposit will be forfeited
  • Cancellation 60 days (Xmas/New Years/Easter) prior to arrival for full refund or deposit will be forfeited

Minimum Stay

  • Summer/Fall 2024 – (2)-night minimum stay – 1-bedroom; (3)-night minimum – 2-bed
  • Christmas/New Years: 20 Dec ’23 – 4 Jan ’24 – (5)-night min 1-bed; (7)-night min 2-bed
  • Easter: 23 March – 6 April 2024 – (5)-night min 1-bed; (7)-night min 2-bed
