- Extra person: $40 per person/per night

- 50% deposit required on all bookings 4 nights or more; full payment for 3 nights or less
- Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival for full refund or deposit will be forfeited
- Cancellation 60 days (Xmas/New Years/Easter) prior to arrival for full refund or deposit will be forfeited
- Summer/Fall 2024 – (2)-night minimum stay – 1-bedroom; (3)-night minimum – 2-bed
- Christmas/New Years: 20 Dec ’23 – 4 Jan ’24 – (5)-night min 1-bed; (7)-night min 2-bed
- Easter: 23 March – 6 April 2024 – (5)-night min 1-bed; (7)-night min 2-bed
